Francesca Vitalini

Bio: Francesca is a passionate, interdisciplinary, international person. She studied physics in Rome at the University of Roma Tre and, while in a visit to University of California Berkeley, she discovered the beauties of computational biophysics. That lead her to a PhD at the Freie Universität of Berlin, where she moved to apply the principles of physics to the world of biology and chemistry with the aid of informatics, statistics and data analysis tools. She is now dedicated to applying the scientific approach to the world of finance as a solution consultant at Mirai Solutions. To balance the scientist that is in her, she likes to cultivate her artistic side with theatre, reading and painting.
